Addiction Treatment

Addiction Treatment

Recovery Is Possible. And You Don’t Have to Do It Alone.

Struggling with addiction doesn’t mean you’re weak. It doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means you’re human — and that you deserve real help from people who understand what you’re going through without judgment.

At New Concepts II, we approach addiction treatment the same way we approach everything we do: by focusing on you as a whole person. Not just the substance. Not just the behavior. The full picture of your life, your health, and your future.

What Is Addiction Treatment?

Substance use disorders are complex medical conditions — not moral failings. They affect brain chemistry, behavior, relationships, and physical health all at once. That’s why effective treatment requires more than willpower. It requires a personalized, clinical approach that addresses the root causes while building the tools and support systems needed for lasting recovery.

At New Concepts II, our addiction treatment services combine evidence-based therapies with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when clinically appropriate — giving you the best possible foundation for long-term recovery.

Our Approach to Addiction Treatment

Personalized Care Plans - No two people experience addiction the same way. We begin with a thorough evaluation to understand your history, your challenges, and your goals — then build a treatment plan designed specifically for you.
Evidence-Based Therapies - We use proven, research-backed therapeutic approaches to help you understand the patterns behind your substance use, develop healthier coping strategies, and rebuild confidence in your ability to recover.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) - For many patients, medication is a powerful and evidence-supported tool in recovery. When appropriate, our psychiatric providers may recommend MAT to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, and help stabilize your life so the real work of recovery can begin.
Dual Diagnosis Support - Addiction rarely travels alone. Depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and other mental health conditions frequently co-occur with substance use disorders. Our team is uniquely equipped to treat both simultaneously — because treating one without the other often isn't enough.
Ongoing Monitoring & Support - Recovery is a journey, not a single appointment. We walk alongside you with regular check-ins, medication management when needed, and adjustments to your care plan as your needs evolve.

We are a women-owned, minority-owned, and disabled veteran-owned practice — and our team reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. We believe high-quality addiction treatment should be accessible to everyone.
