Telehealth Appointments

Quality Mental Health Care – Wherever You Are

Getting the help you need shouldn’t depend on whether you can make it to an office.

Life is busy. Transportation can be a barrier. Some days, leaving the house feels impossible. And for patients in our satellite locations across Arizona, Kentucky, and Nevada, traveling to Cincinnati simply isn’t realistic for every appointment.

That’s why New Concepts II offers telehealth — secure, private, face-to-face care delivered right to you, wherever you are.

What Is Telehealth?

Telehealth allows you to meet with your New Concepts II provider virtually — through a secure video connection on your phone, tablet, or computer. No waiting rooms. No commute. The same attentive, personalized care you’d receive in our office, from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

It’s not a lesser version of care. For many patients, it’s actually the option that makes consistent care possible at all.

What Services Are Available via Telehealth?

We offer the following services through telehealth appointments:

  • Psychiatric Evaluations — comprehensive initial assessments to understand your symptoms, history, and goals
  • Medication Management — follow-up appointments to monitor your progress, address concerns, and adjust medications as needed
  • Addiction Treatment — ongoing support and medication-assisted treatment follow-ups for patients in recovery
  • General Mental Health Follow-Ups — regular check-ins to keep your care plan on track

Please note: Some services — including SPRAVATO® treatment, neurofeedback, and light therapy — require in-person visits and are not available via telehealth.

Who Is Telehealth Right For?

Telehealth works especially well for patients who:

Live far from our Cincinnati primary location or one of our satellite offices
Have transportation challenges or mobility limitations
Have busy schedules that make in-office visits difficult to keep consistently
Are managing symptoms like anxiety or agoraphobia that make leaving home challenging
Simply prefer the comfort and convenience of being seen at home
Are established patients looking for a more flexible follow-up option

We serve patients across Ohio, Arizona, Kentucky, and Nevada — and telehealth makes that possible.

Is Telehealth as Effective as In-Person Care?

Yes — for the services we offer virtually, research consistently shows that telehealth delivers outcomes comparable to in-person care. In fact, many patients find that being in a familiar, comfortable environment actually makes it easier to open up and engage honestly with their provider.

What matters most is consistency — showing up for your appointments, communicating openly with your care team, and following through on your treatment plan. Telehealth simply removes the barriers that can get in the way of doing that.

What You'll Need

Getting started with telehealth at New Concepts II is straightforward. You’ll need:
